CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation and rescheduling is allowed online in your portal 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellation Fee for appointments with no-shows or cancelled within 48 hours prior to appointment will be charged 20% of remaining base price balance after deposit. Appointments with deposits will can reschedule prior to 48 hours of scheduled appointment with it be transferred to new appointment. Cancellations and rescheduling done within 48 hours of scheduled appointment with no deposit will be charged 50% of base price for service scheduled. Only allowed to reschedule up to 3 times with deposit transfer, multiple rescheduling can result in denied rebooking.
